2. What data we process

Identification and contact details, professional history and CVs of candidates, information provided in contact and registration forms, and basic technical data about website visits.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process personal data for the purpose of providing executive search and advisory services, maintaining a candidate database (based on consent), responding to enquiries and fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Retention

Candidate personal data is retained for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of the last meaningful interaction, unless the candidate withdraws their consent earlier or applicable law requires a longer retention period. Candidates may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting us at prague@partner4search.com. Upon withdrawal of consent, personal data will be deleted or anonymised without undue delay, unless there is a legal basis for its continued retention.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict its processing, object to processing, data portability and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
